Workers and unions are the the backbone of our economy. Every worker deserves a living wage, the freedom to organize, and a safe work environment.

In addition to expanding paid family leave, job training, and workforce development, I will fight to protect and strengthen workplace safety and the right to organize.

• Increase the federal minimum wage to a living wage.

• Pass the Protecting the Right to Organize (PRO) Act to repeal anti-worker laws and protect the right to strike.

• Support a Federal Jobs Guarantee to ensure every American adult has the right to employment with fair benefits.

• Workplace Protections: Guarantee every worker the right to water, rest, and bathroom breaks and support increased protections against discrimination and harassment for all workers.
